Hello all, and happy Saturday! I said I would follow up on my post about the Google Pixel XL about a week or so after receiving it. So, I will do just that.

After about a little over a week with the phone, I am still loving it. The battery life has been fantastic, the camera works really well, and the phones flows smoothly when multi-tasking.

Google Assistant is something I didn’t think I would use much, but I find myself using it more and more. I set my alarms with it, put events in my calendar, and even call or text people with it. It’s pretty handy. It’s like having a personal assistant on your phone!

The battery life is another good thing on this device. I work 8-10 hour days, and I have no problem making it from about 6:00AM to around 9:30PM-10PM at night. I charge it when I sleep, and unplug when I wake up. I do use it to watch YouTube and sometimes Netflix in the mean time, so it does hold up fairly well in my experience.

I would definitely recommend this as a replacement for the Galaxy Note7 if that’s a phone you’ve used. It’s worth it and makes life seem easy again.
